Sam and Phil sit down and discuss how best to ruin people's lives.

The best way to do that? create a down on it's luck town in which the heroes have all buggered off and left the town in a sorry state.

In the first episode they sit down and discuss their first characters for the town.

Phil doesn't listen to Sam, Sam can't do the voices required. All in all it's a good start.
